This work is for those who feel a gap between how they’re living and what they know to be true in their bodies and relationships. It may show up as distance, recurring conflict, loss of desire, or a sense that something essential has gone missing—even when things look fine from the outside.
I work with individuals and couples through breath, meditation, and embodied attention to support deeper contact—with yourself, with a partner, and with what’s happening beneath words. Much of intimacy lives below language, in timing, sensation, and nervous system safety.
What I offer is a space where connection can be met without performance or pressure, and where relationship can reorganize from the inside out..
